Professional Background Check Services are also available to Family Service users. Nanny applicants are screened via phone prior to being allowed access to family job contact information. This ensures that families only receive sincere and qualified responses to their job opening, alleviating families from the pressure of endless interviewing to find qualified and compatible candidates and from the fear of having to deal with fraudulent nanny applicants. It also ensures that the truly sincere and qualified Christian Nannies that seek jobs with our Christian Families receive the attention that they deserve without the negative effects that competition with unqualified applicants can produce for families in the interview process. You can optionally choose to receive a copy of qualified nanny applications straight to your email address. Applicant information for candidates that have applied prior to today's date must be accessed online. If you desire, all listed Nannies will receive a Bulletin Letter announcing your new Family Job Opening to help provide a direct response from them to you. You can also choose to use a completely private service option and make all first contact yourself. We charge only an initial registration fee, no placement fees ever.
