The Christian Nanny Application Process

All Christian Nanny applicants are prescreened via telephone prior to their application being validated. Applicants cannot access family job information until their application has been validated with a phone call from christiananny.com. This helps ensure that all current applicants are Christians, are in the USA, are qualified and sincere in their job search efforts, and also provides a way for us to to discuss available job openings with nannies. Applicant validation increases the safety and quality of our services for both Nannies and Families alike.

We do not allow applications from overseas applicants because it is virtually impossible to verify the identity of or run a comprehensive background check on these candidates, and because attempting to hire overseas applicants who do not yet possess legal visa status to work in the USA is generally a waste of time for families in the USA. Families likewise cannot claim tax credits without properly filing for their employee and can incur penalties by hiring illegal aliens. Certain laws also apply within the USA pertaining to the availability of US citizens before foreign nationals that make hiring from overseas very difficult.

Families do choose their nanny themselves from among the many wonderful candidates that are interested in available opportunities. Although we can provide some support in this area we do not choose your nanny for you.
